Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the services provided by Wellness with Chai (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

Wellness with Chai offers the following services:

  • Belly Binding (Postnatal)
  • Lymphatic drainage using air cupping
  • Pain management using air cupping techniques
  • Confinement Catering for postnatal recovery

Each service is subject to specific terms as set forth below.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services can be scheduled by contacting Wellness with Chai via email or phone. An e-commerce shopping cart is available for payment, but booking confirmation will occur through email or phone communication.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of one month’s notice is required to allow me to accommodate the next client and give them enough time to prepare.  

  • If notice is provided less than 1 month in advance, you will receive 80% of your payment back only.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.  

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment can be made via credit card or EFTPOS. Service prices are listed on the website. Refunds are provided depending on the reason and are at the discretion of Wellness with Chai.

6. Client Consent and Liability

Clients will receive preparatory and post-care instructions via phone. Consent for treatment at home or in the clinic is presumed upon booking and payment. Wellness with Chai carries Public Liability and Indemnity insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

Content such as images, logos, and texts on Wellness with Chai’s website are proprietary and protected.

8. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to follow guidelines provided by the owner of Wellness with Chai, which include but are not limited to, dietary restrictions and health conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and will be resolved in accordance with its provisions.

10. Amendments to the Terms of Service

Wellness with Chai reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.
